Miguel Ángel Gardetti
Antes de obtener su grado doctoral, Miguel realizó dos maestrías: una en Administración de Empresas por el IAE Business School (Universidad Austral, Argentina) y otra en Estudios Ambientales y Desarrollo Sostenible por la Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales (Argentina).
En el ámbito de los textiles y la moda sostenibles, fundó -en 2008- el Centro Textil Sustentable. Fue y es todavía coeditor invitado y autor en diversas publicaciones tanto en journals como en libros (en USA y en UK). Ha sido profesor en diversas universidades latinoamericanas capacitando a docentes y a alumnos.
En el área de la decolonialidad asociada a la moda y al diseño, es miembro del Research Collective on Decoloniality & Fashion. Dentro de dicho Colectivo formalizó la Coalición ABYA YALA (Abya-Yala.earth) y, además, fue el fundador del sello editorial Otra-Otro (otra-otro.org).
